Q- How has fitness changed your life?

A – Fitness changed my life for the better. Surround yourself with people who push you and make you a better person physically and mentally. I started my fitness journey at 405lbs. I am now 235lbs. This is the healthiest I have ever been.

Q- What’s a great nutrition tip you live by?

A- Don’t do diets. Find a healthier lifestyle that you can manage to do the rest of your life.

Q- What’s your favorite workout?

A- DT is my fav workout . 12 deadlifts , 9 hang cleans 6 push jerks. Throw some weights around.
